George Trusiak is the head of Think Recruit. He brings over 20 years of recruitment expertise across the engineering, mechanical, and water industries — including fluid power, pumping, irrigation, and filtration — throughout Australia and New Zealand.
George has played a key role in helping large multinationals, privately-owned companies, and small independent businesses grow their teams and strengthen their organisational structures.

With a mechanical mindset and a trade qualification as a mechanical fitter, George also brings 30 years of sales and B2B experience, having successfully established and operated his own retail businesses. Throughout his recruitment career, he has supported numerous Think Water members nationally, sourcing talent for roles in internal and external sales, engineering and irrigation design, trades services, and operational leadership, including branch management, service management, and general management.
